Hard core training for hard core fitness fanatics. Ideal for adventure racers, ultra-endurance athletes and iron-man triathletes, or the super fit who want to test their limits. Designed for men and women with a high level of existing strength and endurance. This is the boot-camp for you if you want to:
Extreme military-style fitness endurance. Tough multi-stage event. Emphasis on high level-endurance activities interspersed with minimal rest and recovery between stages. Programme designed to keep you guessing. Other than in exceptional circumstances activities will take place regardless of weather conditions. Indicative activities are as follows:

This Boot Camp is graded Demanding.
For very fit individuals with a high level of base endurance. Designed to test your limits and challenge your expectations of achievement.
Includes all the Strenuous elements but programmes are longer and include added extra difficulty such as river crossings, scrambles and basic climbing.

Rest and Recovery for Drivers.
For these courses an additional night’s bunkhouse accommodation is provided at the end of the course at no extra cost. Minimal rest and recovery whilst on course results in sleep deprivation. If you are planning to drive to the course it is highly recommended that you take advantage of this option and do not attempt to drive home without an additional night’s rest.
