Your Current Health & Fitness Levels

You should not attempt this course unless you have a high level of pre-existing endurance fitness.

You should not attempt this course if you are carrying any sort of pre-existing injury.

Participants will be required to complete a questionnaire on current fitness and experience as part of their application.

Women applying for the mixed courses should have prior experience of training alongside men and be confident of their ability to keep pace with male participants.

In the interests of safety we reserve the right to refuse admission onto this course where the trainers are not confident that your starting level of fitness will enable you to cope with the rigours of the course.

If a participant is declined a place on the course we are happy to advise on a programme of preparation prior to subsequent applications.

Participants who start the course but struggle to keep pace with the group may be removed for their own safety (See terms and conditions).

Hard core training for hard core fitness fanatics. Ideal for adventure racers, ultra-endurance athletes and iron-man triathletes, or the super fit who want to test their limits. Designed for men and women with a high level of existing strength and endurance. This is the boot-camp for you if you want to:

Activities

Extreme military-style fitness endurance. Tough multi-stage event. Emphasis on high level-endurance activities interspersed with minimal rest and recovery between stages. Programme designed to keep you guessing. Other than in exceptional circumstances activities will take place regardless of weather conditions. Indicative activities are as follows:

Tough Military Fitness Load-carrying rough track
and hill marches
Mud runs Assault course
Abseiling River Crossings
Climbing & scrambling Unarmed combat

Difficulty Level

This Boot Camp is graded Demanding.

For very fit individuals with a high level of base endurance. Designed to test your limits and challenge your expectations of achievement.

Includes all the Strenuous elements but programmes are longer and include added extra difficulty such as river crossings, scrambles and basic climbing.

Important Notes:

Rest and Recovery for Drivers.

For these courses an additional night’s bunkhouse accommodation is provided at the end of the course at no extra cost. Minimal rest and recovery whilst on course results in sleep deprivation. If you are planning to drive to the course it is highly recommended that you take advantage of this option and do not attempt to drive home without an additional night’s rest.
