If you have concerns about your current health and fitness levels, or if you have an underlying injury or medical condition and are wondering whether you will cope with this programme, call for a discussion with one of our trainers.

Multi-activity camps with an emphasis on medium to high intensity activities interspersed with lower intensity, light or fun periods to aid rest and recovery. Activities depend on duration of camp, time of year and are weather- dependent but will include a combination from the list below:

Difficulty Level

This Boot Camp is graded Challenging.

For individuals who have been working out for a while and want a new challenge, or those with previous experience of exercise who want to jump back in at the deep end.

Some experience of working out is recommended at this level.
