This Boot Camp is graded Beginner. The aim is to encourage you to do more, not turn you off for life! Activities require a little physical effort for short periods of time. Designed to encourage and develop an enjoyment of physical activity for health and well-being. Emphasis on fun and understanding how regular exercise and activity can enhance quality of life and reduce health risks.
