Military Fitness Days take place once a month in the Brecon Beacons. If your time is limited, if you’re a little intimidated by a whole week but want to try it out, then maybe our Military Fitness taster day is more for you:
Your Current Health & Fitness Levels
You need to be confident in your physical ability with some base fitness fitness.
Anyone in good health and fit enough to complete a long weekend walk or regular sporting activity will manage. If you have concerns about your current health and fitness levels, or if you have an underlying medical condition and are wondering whether you will cope with this programme, call for a discussion with one of our trainers.
We have specialist trainers qualified in rehabilitation and remedial fitness.
Multi-activity day with an emphasis on medium to high intensity activities interspersed with lower intensity, light or fun periods to aid rest and recovery. Activities depend on time of year and are weather- dependent but will include a combination from the list below:

If you have a group of 8+ and want to arrange a private day for corporate team building, your club, or a stag or hen party we would be pleased to arrange a day to fit your requirements. Military Fitness Days are graded Strenuous.
Includes all the Challenging elements but programmes are shorter and thus more intense with fewer or shorter rest periods.
